The novel coronavirus has thrown many of our lives into disarray. Like
many of you, I’m working from home. I’ve been reading a lot of your comments on
social media. I know that orthodontic patients are facing additional
frustrations during this trying time. Dental offices are closed, and jaw
surgeries are being postponed or canceled. You can’t move forward with your
treatment. You can’t get the supplies you need. You can’t begin your treatment,
or you can’t get your braces taken off as planned. If you’re in aligners, you
can’t get your next set of trays.
While these problems may seem trivial in comparison to the health
crisis around us, they ARE frustrating, nonetheless.
I want you to know that DentaKit.com is open and shipping
orders the next business day. We work with a modern warehouse in Pennsylvania
that is taking extra measures to ensure a clean, safe, sanitary workspace. This
warehouse ships and trucks medical supplies and food for several companies, so
it IS allowed to continue operating, even under lockdown regulations.
I’m working hard to ensure that we have plenty of stock of our
most popular items – the items that you need to keep your braces and retainers
clean and comfortable. The prices of our product will not change (I believe that price gouging is unethical). In fact, when this crisis began, we lowered some of our shipping rates.
If there’s an orthodontic or dental item that you need, and you
don’t see it on our website, contact me by using the form on our customer
service page. As soon as I see it, I’ll try to get that item for you.
Our website is operating normally, but if you have any
trouble placing your order, contact us and we’ll call you and take your order
over the phone.
